Sunday School
The Drayton Reformed Church's Sunday School is an
enthusiastic group of thirty teachers and approximately
100 students ranging in age from our 2 year olds in
"Little Lambs", to our teenagers in Grade 8. We have
combined our love of Jesus with our love for our church
family to create a nurturing environment for children to
grow in God's Word.
Each Sunday morning, our children leave the worship service
at 10:30 am to go to their classes for approximately one
hour. Teachers and their assistants use a variety of
learning methods including: stories, drama, music and
crafts.
There is one Sunday per month designated as "Sing Sunday"
and the children go downstairs as they arrive to sing songs
before Sunday School. There is also one Sunday a month
where the students from Grades 1 to 8 remain with their
parents to experience family worship.
Our younger students enjoy presenting their annual Christmas concert and our older students have their performance at Easter.
